Scores and rankings
An internet connection is needed to load the latest show information. If scores appear out of date, check your connection and reopen the app. Updates may take time to appear during a live broadcast. Rankings and predictions are informational and are not official show results.
Notifications
Check your device's notification settings for Ballroom Companion if alerts are not appearing. You can also turn notifications off in those settings.
